📦 Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥500 (Click Post) nationwide.
Purchases of ¥20,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
*The flat rate applies to Okinawa and remote islands as well.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of confirmation.
After being sent via Click Post, delivery usually takes 2-4 days.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We use Japan Post's Click Post service, which delivers to your mailbox.

Where can I check my shipping status after placing an order?

You can check the status using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email via Japan Post's tracking service.

💳 Payments

What payment methods are available?

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, convenience store payments, bank transfers (Pay-easy), smartphone payments (QR, PayPay, etc.), and cash on delivery.

When is payment processed?

  • Credit cards: Payment is finalized at the time of order.
  • Convenience store payment / Bank transfer: Please complete payment within 5 days of placing your order.
  • Cash on delivery: Please pay the delivery person upon receipt of your item.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes, if you wish, please send an email to blackclawjp@gmail.com with your order number and desired recipient name. We will send it to you in PDF format.

💍 Size & Material

How do I choose my ring size?

Please refer to our size guide for details. Measure the circumference of the base of your finger with a ring sizer or paper tape, then determine the Japanese ring size from the circumference (mm).

Can I wear your products if I have a metal allergy?

BLACK CLAW's main materials are 316L surgical stainless steel, S925 silver, and titanium.
Surgical stainless steel, also used in medical instruments, is known for being less likely to cause metal allergies.
You can wear our products in the ocean, in the bath, and during exercise.

*However, individual reactions may vary, so if you are concerned, please try wearing it for a short period first. In the event of an allergic reaction after wearing, we will accept returns if contacted within 14 days of wearing.

What is 316L surgical stainless steel?

316L is the highest grade of stainless steel, also used for medical scalpels and implants.
Compared to general stainless steel (such as SUS304), it contains molybdenum, which significantly increases its corrosion resistance, making it resistant to discoloration and degradation even when exposed to seawater or sweat for long periods.

Furthermore, it has extremely low elution of nickel, the main cause of metal allergies, making it safe for those with sensitive skin.

What is S925 silver?

S925 (Sterling Silver) is high-quality silver with 92.5% silver purity.
The remaining 7.5% is an alloy, primarily copper, achieving an optimal balance of strength and luster.
The evolving patina over time is a unique charm not found in stainless steel. Regular polishing with a silver cloth will help maintain its beautiful luster.

How do I care for my jewelry?

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth.
  • If dirt is a concern, wash with lukewarm water diluted with a neutral detergent, and then thoroughly wipe off any moisture.
  • It is recommended to store items individually to prevent them from rubbing against other accessories.

Things to avoid:

  • Long-term wear in hot springs or chlorinated pools.
  • Direct contact with cosmetics, perfumes, or hand creams.
  • Severe impacts or dropping.

✎ Engraving Service

Can I have my item engraved?

Yes, for eligible items, you can use our engraving service (+¥3,000).
You can engrave up to 15 characters (numbers and alphabet).

How do I order engraving?

After adding the eligible item to your cart, please add "Engraving Option (+¥3,000)" in the "Optional Services" section.
Please enter the engraving details in the remarks field.

Example: 2024/12/24 / 12/24 S.S&T.A

Can engraved items be returned?

Engraved items are custom-made, so returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Please carefully check the engraving details before placing your order.

⚙ OT Clasp Option

What is an OT clasp?

An OT clasp (toggle clasp) is a type of clasp where a T-shaped bar is passed through a ring to secure it.
It allows for one-touch attachment and detachment, and the clasp itself serves as a design accent.

How do I change to an OT clasp?

When ordering an eligible item, select "OT Clasp: Yes (+¥3,000)".
*Please note that if you change to OT specifications, the standard adjuster will be removed, and the overall length will be fixed. The length will no longer be adjustable.

🎁 Gifts

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer BLACK CLAW original gift boxes.
They are perfect for gifts to loved ones for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, and other occasions.
If you would like gift wrapping, please add the gift option in your cart.

Can I include a message card?

If you wish, please enter your message in the remarks field. We will include a handwritten message card.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Are returns and exchanges possible?

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details. We accept returns/exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of product arrival.

  • Customer's convenience: Items must be unused, with all accessories and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Defective products / Incorrect delivery: We will cover the cost of return/exchange.
  • Metal allergy: Returns will be accepted within 14 days of wearing the item.

What if the size doesn't fit?

You can use our paid size exchange/repair service (¥2,000).
