Return/Exchange Contact Deadline

Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival.

Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

  • If the product is defective or damaged (shipping cost borne by us)
  • If a different product from the order was received (shipping cost borne by us)
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size (shipping cost borne by customer)
  • If a metal allergy develops (within 14 days of wearing, shipping cost borne by customer)

Ineligible for Returns/Exchanges

  • Products for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • Used or washed products (excluding metal allergy cases)
  • Products that have been scratched, stained, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale items or lucky bags
  • Made-to-order products, and hygiene products such as earrings explicitly marked as non-returnable

Please use our paid (¥2,000) size adjustment/repair service.

About Refunds

Once the returned item arrives at our store and its condition is confirmed, we will issue a refund using your specified method within 7 business days.
Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For refunds made via bank transfer, the transfer fees will be borne by us.
