Payment Due Date

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are limited to unused products with all accessories and packaging intact.
In the event of defective products, incorrect delivery, or products significantly different from the description, we will cover the cost of return or exchange.
If you experience a metal allergy, we will accept returns if notified within 14 days of wearing the product.
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
・Products for which 7 days have passed since arrival
・Products that have been used once (excluding cases of metal allergy)
・Products that have been scratched, stained, or damaged by the customer
・Made-to-order products, sale items, and hygiene products such as earrings for which returns are explicitly stated as not possible
Refunds
After the returned product arrives at our store and its condition is confirmed, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
The refund method will be based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If a refund is made by bank transfer, we will bear the transfer fee.
