Shipping Fees

Nationwide flat rate ¥500 (Click Post)
Free shipping for purchases of ¥20,000 or more

*Shipping to Okinawa and remote islands is also at the nationwide flat rate.

Shipping Carrier

We use Japan Post's Click Post service. Deliveries are made via mailbox.
If you wish for express delivery (¥2,000), please add the "Express Delivery Option" product (Express Delivery Option) to your cart.

Days until Shipment

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
For pre-order and made-to-order products, shipping will be according to the lead time stated on each product page.

Days until Delivery

Deliveries are typically made within 2 to 4 days after Click Post drop-off.
Delivery times may vary slightly for some areas, such as remote islands.

Tracking Service

You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email via Japan Post's tracking service.
