Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if contacted within 7 days of product arrival.
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are limited to unused items with all accessories and packaging intact.
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
・Products for which 7 days have passed since arrival
・Products that have been used once (excluding cases of metal allergy)
・Products that have been scratched, stained, or damaged by the customer
・Made-to-order products, sale items, and hygiene products such as earrings explicitly stated as non-returnable

Refunds
Once the returned product arrives at our store and its condition is confirmed, the refund process will be completed within 7 business days.
